Step 1: Reflect

Take 30 minutes this week and ask yourself:

  • What were my top 3 goals for 2025?
  • Where have I made meaningful progress?
  • What’s fallen off — and why?

No judgment. No shame. Just data. Did priorities change? Did something unexpected happen? Or did you simply lose focus in the chaos of daily business?


Step 2: Reassess + Realign

Not every goal you set in January still makes sense in June. The world changes. Your business evolves. So do you.

👉 Look at your goals:

  • Which still matter?
  • Which need updating?
  • What new priorities have emerged?

Pro tip: Focus on ONE strategic priority for Q3. It’s better to execute one big goal well than juggle five halfway.


Step 3: Reignite

It’s not too late. Some of the biggest wins my clients have had came in the second half of the year—after they paused, reflected, and refocused.

Reignite your energy. Reignite your belief that 2025 can still be your breakthrough year.
